New Shows Fall 2014




These are some of the new shows that look interesting and I’m willing to give a shot!

Constantine

Based on the comic series Hellblazer, Constantine is set to air on NBC October 24th at 10 pm  Matt Ryan will star as John Constantine, a seasoned demon hunter and master of the occult who abandoned his campaign against evil after failing to save a young girl’s soul.  The show will focus on him getting back into the fight between good and evil…


The Flash

CW’s spinoff of their hit show Arrow starring Grant Gustin as Barry Allen aka the Flash.  Premieres Oct 7th at 8 pm.  Unlike its parent show, The Flash is reported to be more lighthearted and follows Barry’s adventures as a forensic investigator who uses his powers to fight crime.


Forever

Henry Morgan is a NYC medical examiner who cannot die in this new series on ABC set to premiere on Sept 22nd at 10 pm.  By his studying death, he hopes to unlock the reason for his immortality.


Gotham

Fox’s new show set to air Sept 22nd at 8pm.  Gotham is set to be an origin story for police Commissioner Jim Gordan.  The series begins when Gordon begins to investigate the death of young Bruce Wayne’s parents.  Rumors have it the show will also showcase the origin stories for several other DC characters/villains, namely Catwoman, the Riddler and the Penguin.


Gracepoint

David Tennant and Anna Gunn star in Fox’s 10-episode series based on the British television show Broadchurch.  Premiering Oct 2nd at 9pm the show will follow the investigation of a young boy’s murder.


How to Get Away With Murder

Viola Davis stars in ABC’s newest legal thriller set to premiere Sept 25th at 10 pm.  The show follows Viola Davis as a law school professor who becomes entwined in a murder plot with her students.


Stalker

CBS will bring us a new thriller revolving around a division of the LAPD that deals with stalking incidents.  Set to air Oct 1st it will star Dylan McDermott and Maggie Q.
