Glitterville’s Handmade Christmas
has some wonderful projects to adorn your home for the holidays or give as
great handmade presents to friends, family and co-workers.
There is nothing
more frustrating than following a do-it-yourself tutorial only to have an
important step overlooked or explained incorrectly leaving me to make up it up
and hoping it turns out ok. This is not
the case with this craft book! What I liked most about this book were the
detailed instructions and vivid photographs that are truly helpful and explain
step-by-step how to make the projects. The
list of materials and tools in the beginning are comprehensive and explain why the creator uses the items listed.
Some of the projects
seem a bit advanced for the youngest of children, but there are many that can
be done with supervision making it a family affair. And the best part, the designs can easily be
adapted to make ornaments or decorate presents.
The templates for each project are at the back of the book and the ideas
are endless with a little imagination.
