After his wife died, all John Wick wanted was time to
mourn. When she gives him a post-mortem
gift of a puppy, he begins to understand he doesn’t need to be alone. But fate would have other plans for him when
he crosses paths with a young gangster who decides he wants John’s car. After the unthinkable happens, John re-enters
the life he left behind in a fit of rage and revenge the Underworld isn’t
prepared to handle.
Keanu Reeves stars as John Wick and I have to say I think it
is one of his better roles. Willem Dafoe
costars as Marcus, one of John’s few friends.
Ian McShane, Michael Nyqvist, John Leguizamo, Lance Reddick, Adrianne
Palicki and Alfie Allen all co-star in this non-stop action movie directed by
David Leitch and Chad Stahelski.
Whether you are a fan of Keanu or not, if you are a fan of
action this is a definite must see movie.
As a lover of revenge movies, this one is at the top and worthy of
multiple viewings. When it is released
on DVD, you can bet your paycheck that I am going to own it!
