Every once in a while Netflix surprises me with an instant
horror recommend. After the failure of
the last film I reviewed, this one was a refreshing change and restored my
faith in their recommendations for me.
Based on the novel The
Resurrectionist by Wrath James White, Come
Back to Me is the story of Josh and Sarah, a young couple who are getting
their life, and relationship, back on track after Sarah suffered a severe auto
accident. After a new neighbor moves in
across the street, Sarah begins to suffer more severe blackouts and anxiety
attacks. Determined to get to the bottom
of what is happening Sarah sets up a hidden camera in her bedroom. What she sees when she watches the recording
is beyond believable.
Written and directed by Paul Leyden, Come Back to Me stars Katie Walder, Matt Passmore, and Nathan
Keyes.
