Movie Review! Darklight

Before Eve, there was Lilith, Adam's first wife.  When she refused to become subservient to him, she was cast out of Eden.  Cursed, Lilith lived for centuries as a demon wreaking havoc on mankind.  A secret society known only as the Faith, kept an eye on her throughout the centuries and trained their brethren on how to track, capture, and even kill her.  After capturing Lilith, her memories were wiped and she now lives as a human named Elle.  But not everyone of the Faith is altruistic.  when a member creates a demon that unleashes a plague upon the earth, Lilith is recruited to use her 'darklight' powers to battle for good.

In concept, this story would make an excellent tv series (which may have been the point (but I haven't researched any of it - this is just pure speculation on my part)).  In reality, it truly is cheesy between script and execution and really awful special effects.  This is something I am used to (and love about) the SyFy network so all is forgiven on that front.  It was also nice to see Richard Burgi, David Hewlett, and John de Lancie all in one movie together.
