Movie Review! Impostor

Spencer Olham has dedicated his life to building weapons against an alien race that is at war with earth.  When he is accused of being an alien impostor built with a bomb within his heart programmed to detonate when close to a specific target, he sets out to prove his innocence.  Pursued by federal agents, Olham seeks help with the underground to help him find the evidence to clear his name.

This movie is filled with an all star cast and I'm not quite sure how I missed it the first time around.  Gary Sinise stars as Spencer Olham with Madeleine Stowe as his wife.  Vincent D'Onofrio, Mekhi Phifer, Tony Shalhoub, Gary Dourdan, Tim Guinee...all just to name a few.  Fans of sci-fi will be happy to see quite a few more familiar faces as the movie progresses.

Even if you are not a fan of sci-fi, this is still an excellent thriller.  Most people are turned off by the high tech in science fiction movies and/or the alien spin (creature features), but there is nothing like that in this.  Just a good old fashioned thriller of a man trying to clear his name (akin to The Fugitive).
