31 Days of Horror! The Children

Christmas vacation takes a horrible turn when this family's children begin to turn against them.

Released in 2008, this British horror movie is extremely well done, especially in regards to the child actors.  Generally, when kids are involved, they never seem to be as creepy as they should be (with the exception of Damien in the original Omen series.  That kid still still gives me nightmares.).  The end result is usually laughable, but that is not the case with The Children.  In fact, as the movie progresses, you, the viewer, begins to suspect something is wrong with the kids but you just don't know what.  And even after the movie ends, you still don't know what.  It's that lack of knowledge that just makes it seem a bit more creepy and makes you question living in an isolated region.  Or just having children in general.
