31 Days of Horror! The Gathering

Amnesiac Cassie Grant has a premonition that someone or something wants the family that's helping her recover dead. She investigates the secrets of the town they live in and uncovers darkness, both human and supernatural.
After Cassie Grant is struck by a motorist while hiking, she loses her memory.  Feeling guilty for hitting her, Marion Kirkman invites Cassie to stay with her family until she regains her memory.  Cassie, on the other hand, has a vision that leads her to believe the young boy is in danger.  The more time she spends in the town, the more strange concurrences happen around her.  Recruiting the help of a young man she met in town, she races to solve a mystery and the young boy's life.

If you find parallels of this to Ray Bradbury's work, The Crowd, you would not be wrong.  It mirrors the same premise and acknowledges his work.

Overall, I enjoyed this movie.  It was an easy watch and you really don't have to think too much as it's all spelled out for you in the end.  Perfect for a rainy day.
