She gets help from a former lover, but will they manage to escape?For today's pick, I decided to watch a good old fashioned slasher film from 1980. What I didn't realize it when I chose it, was that this movie also marked Tom Hank's feature film debut!
Released right after the successful Halloween movies, this one certainly found its inspiration from the Carpenter hit...right down to the music and countless scenes of the main character's stalker. Despite these blatant similarities, He Knows You're Alone was not a terrible movie, though it is certainly dated. Hardcore fans of the era/genre will definitely get a kick out of this film.
