A brother and sister enter a field of tall grass to rescue a boy, but they soon realize they cannot escape and something evil lurks in the grass.
Based on a novella by Stephen King and Joe Hill, this movie delivers the suspense both authors are known for, while simultaneously messing with your mind as the plot develops. Unfortunately, I can't comment too much on the movie or risk giving away key plot points. I will say that it is visually striking and just when you think you know what is happening, you can be rest assured that you don't. After hitting misses all week, it was nice to start the weekend on a high.
