When Lisa and Lars take an anniversary trip to their secluded cabin by the lake, they have more than celebration in mind: both have secretly planned to murder their partner. But their plans, much like their marriage, doesn't quite work out when their trip is interrupted by three convicts just trying to hide out. And so begins a fight for their lives, and, ultimately, their marriage.
The Trip is a Norwegian comedy thriller starring Noomi Rapace and Aksel Hennie. It was a nice break from the norm and had me laughing out loud in so many places. If you've had a bad week and need a quick laugh, this is worth the watch.
