For today’s entry, I went with something a little offbeat—and Consumed definitely delivered. What starts as a familiar setup quickly twists into something far stranger, blending multiple horror subgenres into one wild ride.

A camping trip goes horribly wrong when a couple encounter a revenge-seeking madman who's hunting a skin-stealing monster deep in the woods.
My Review:
This was not what I expected. The movie takes several unexpected turns, shifting tones and genres as it goes—sci-fi horror, creature feature, maniac-in-the-woods thriller—it’s oddly all of the above. And somehow, it still manages to stay grounded as a survival story at its core.
The mix of ideas could have easily fallen apart, but Consumed holds enough intrigue to keep you watching just to see what happens next. It’s unpredictable, weird in all the right ways, and a reminder that sometimes the best horror comes from not knowing what kind of movie you’re in until it’s too late.
Definitely an interesting one to watch.
