Ok. Another rewatch. But I like this movie and it was on the top of my Netflix recommends.
This movie recieved a lot of hate when it was first released. But I feel like asking the naysayers - have you watched this type of movie before? Because it hits all the boxes that make this trope effective. And for once, it was a creature that is believable (I'm looking at you with all the sharks in a hurricane flooded area...just sayin')
Believable characters. Lots of kill scenes. Dismemberments. Blood. A classic death roll. Some eye-rolling 'really?' moments. And the dog lives.
What more could you ask for?
