31 Days of Horror: They Live

Amazon Prime suggested this straight up today when I logged in and I thought, why not?

Truth be told, I think this was my first viewing. I was 100% in the know on this having lived through the release and many years later when I worked at Suncoast. I could quote it because it was talked about that much. But watching tonight, I either wiped every scene out of my head, or it was the 1st go.

Either way, this leans more sci fi but sci fi always skates on the edge of horror. And global domination can be downright scary. The movie has all the fun of an 80s flick and it's good to have this sit within the 31 Days of Horror for 2026.
